INVITATION FOR TENDER
(1.0) INTRODUCTION
The Management of Abuja Municipal Area Council wishes to undertake the procurement of various works, goods and services under the 2024 Capital Procurement Appropriation. In compliance with the Public Procurement Act 2007, the Council Invites interested and qualified contractors, consultants and service providers to bid for the procurement and execution of the under-listed projects.

TENDERS REQUIREMENTS
(i) Name, business address, telephone and email address of the company
(ii) Company’s Resume/Profile and Organizational Structure including details of key staff strength.
(iii) Certificate of Incorporation by Corporate Affair Commission
(iv) Evidence of Tax clearance certificate for the last three years.
(v) Evidence of VAT registration and remittance for the last three years
(vi) Evidence of financial capacity
(vii) Evidence of similar construction work/supply and repairs completed in the last three years
(viii) Evidence of compliance with provision of Pension Reform Act 20024 in relation to section 19 (d) of the public procurement Act 2007.
(ix) Evidence of company’s audited account for the preceding three (3) years
(x) Evidence of compliance with industrial training funds Act 2011 (ITF)
(xi) A current sworn Affidavit that:
(a) No Director/Partner has being convicted in any court for criminal offence related to fraud or corrupt practices or criminal misrepresentation or falsification of fact relating to any matter.
(b) The company is not in receivership, insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings or the subject of any form of winding up petition
( c) Whether or not any office of the Council is a former or present Director, Shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder.
(d) All information presented in this bid is true and correct in all particulars
SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Completed Technical and Financial tender of reach lot which should be in sealed envelope marked tender for lot no……………………………………………… and addresses to the SECRETARY, TENDERS BOARD AMAC should be deposited in box provided at the procurement section of the Council not later than six(6) weeks from the date of this publication by 12:00 noon (29 March, 2024)
VERIFICATION OF CLAIMS IN THE TENDER DOCUMENTS
NOTE
That the Council shall reserves the right to verify claims made in returned Tender Documents

(a) By this notice, Abuja Municipal Area Council is not committed in any way to award any form of contract to any company neither shall nay organization submitting documents to entitled to claim an indemnity from the Council.
(b) Late submission of tender documents after the slated date and time will not be entertained.
