INVITATION TO TENDER
CLIENT:
ABIA STATE UNIVERSAL BASIC EDUCATION BOARD (ASUBEB), UMUAHIA
PREAMBLE:
Abia State Universal Basic Education Board, Umuahia, in conjunction with the Universal Basic Education Commission (UBEC) Abuja, intend to utilize the FGN-UBEC “Better Education Service Delivery for All” (BESDA) Reward Funds for the procurement of Digital Devices for the Conduct of Year 2024 Digital Annual School Census.
The Board hereby invites interested and eligible firms to submit tenders for the items indicated below.

BIDDING REQUIREMENTS
Bidders are required to submit the under-listed documents.
· Company Certificate of Incorporation/ Registration with CAC.
· Evidence of 3 Years Current Tax Clearance
· Evidence of VAT Certificate
· Evidence of Company’s Financial Capability
· Evidence of similar jobs undertaken and satisfactorily completed by the company in previous years will be added advantage.
· Evidence of Registration with ASUBEB (10,000.00) Ten Thousand Naira only
· Evidence of Payment of Non-refundable Tender fee as approved by the State
· Company Profile showing all other details.
SUBMISSION;
All Tenders in Hard and Soft Copies (via Flash Disk) should be submitted in an envelope marked “BESDA TENDER” at the top right corner of the envelope with the Company’s Name boldly written at reverse side and addressed to:

Please Note:
Submission of Bid Documents must be made not later than 12 Noon within two (2) weeks from the date of this publication i.e June 13, 2024.
